  8. Herbert Dixon, who ordered her to allow an unsupervised visit
  9. between Hilary and the child's father, oral surgeon Eric
  10. Foretich. Morgan has accused Foretich of sexually abusing the
  11. youngster. She could still face prosecution for criminal
  12. contempt and parental kidnaping.
